Bill O'Reilly a hypocrite? Say it ain't so!
Bill O'Reilly is very upset that anyone would mention Bristol Palin's (Bristol? Give me a fucking break) pregnancy in public. Barack Obama agrees that "family is off limits".

However, Obama didn't go on cable television when Jamie Lynn Spears got knocked up and say what Bill O'Reilly said:

"Now most teens are pinheads in some ways. But here the blame falls primarily on the parents of the girl, who obviously have little control over her..."

So, Bill, is it Sarah Palin's fault that someone fucked her daughter? Is it obvious that she has little control over the girl? Of course not, because that view would hinder your bullshit "no spin" agenda.

In short, fuck Bill O'Reilly with a bottle of cheap gin.

I sooo saw this coming - this campaign is going to give you enough ammo to give your brother a heart attack - fun times, fun times!

How long until she's off the ticket?

Also, why was she chosen in the first place?

There are plenty of qualified Republican women WITHOUT skeletons in the closet and pregnant teens hanging around the house.

Mmmmmm, cheap gin.

Cheap gin is far too good for Bill O'Reilly.

Boone's Farm, maybe? Miller Chill?

Hey, wasn't Obama's Mama (love saying that... do it 2 times in a row and if you don't laugh out loud you're probably not alive)... What was I saying? Oh yeah, HEY, wasn't Obama's Mama 18 when she had him... out of wedlock? I think I heard that today, but correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't really care about Obama's Mama or this knocked up Palin offspring. I just can't help but stir the pot. SOOOO much hypocrisy, so little time.

Obama gives that very reason as to why he won't be politicizing this kid's pregnancy; so he isn't being a hypocrite. If I'm being one, well tough shit.

Also, I don't believe Obama's mom was an outspoken proponent of "abstinence only" sex education.

Blogger John said...

Yeah, well good for Obama for being smart enough not to open himself up to a charge of blatant hypocrisy if he did wade in and bash Palin over her mismanagement (LOL) of her kid. Think he'd be so charitable if he didn't have his own parental history waiting to gig him? Oh that's right, you probably think he would because you believe he's gonna bring real "change." HAHAHAHA! Sorry, couldn't resist.

Again, I'm simply amazed by the political tin ear so many on the Left seem to have. Can you not see how attacking Palin over her kid getting pregnant will blow up in the Dems' faces? The rest of us get it... the Left really really really hates this woman and will skewer her for anything they can find. I say more power to ya, I really do! The only thing that gets me going about politics nowadays is watching the fights over silly shit and how both sides can be so unabashedly hypocritical. Makes my day. Your O'Reilly quote is a perfect example. He's a megalomaniacal asshole and he gets whatever's coming to him on this stuff.

But really, this is not about people who already hate one side or the other. I mean, ok, it's about it in terms of the fun that can be had on stuff like an "abstinence only" mom ending up with a pregnant daughter at 17. It's about it to the other side when they discover that Biden's son and brother are big-time Washington lobbyists, but Obama chose him anyway because he's gonna bring "Change." HAHAHAHA! Sorry, there I go again.

This is about gaining undecided voters. That's all it's about. And when it comes to that, the more the Left viciously attacks Palin over her kid being pregnant or her being a moose hunter or whatever else that's personal, the more you can hear droves of undecideds being disgusted by the attacks and moving closer to voting McCain. The SMART play here would be to take deep breaths, let your emotions die down, understand that you're preaching to the choir when you dig at her, but THEN realize that you're also hurting your team's chances because a lot of undecideds ain't gonna vote for the side with people so petty.

How many times did some Rightwing piece of shit get blasted just for mentioning the name of Chelsea Clinton? This is many times worse, and the Left is playing RIGHT INTO THE GOP'S HANDS. Geez, when you guys gonna learn?

[Not you specifically, Todd et al, but "you" meaning the people who get national voices in print, TV, and radio]

The Democrats seem to be falling into the GOP's hands a lot these days, eh, john? How's that working out?

LOL!!

These two kids have one wild night and suddenly it's a shotgun wedding in the politico international spotlight. They are an "abstinence only" PSA, a cautionary tale to every horny young boy on the make.

Hey John, it's cool that you disagree with me, but since you are so concerned about revealing hypocrisy on both sides, do me a favor:

Start commenting daily on a conservative blog as well. Point out that the selected conservative blogger only mentions Obama's faults and ignores McCain's. Mock him if he thinks McCain represents "change" (HAHAHAHAHA!). Start arguments with his conservative readership. It'll be a hoot.

Oh, and I can't help myself. Here's what Karl Rove said when Obama was considering Virginia Governor Tim Kaine as his running mate:

“With all due respect again to Governor Kaine, he’s been a governor for three years, he’s been able but undistinguished,” Rove said. “I don’t think people could really name a big, important thing that he’s done. He was mayor of the 105th largest city in America.”

The 105th largest city in America is a sprawling metropolis compared to the backwater shithole Palin ran.

I've seen Tim Kaine on talk shows. He's stand-up-comedian-style funny. I hope he ends up on a national ticket one of these days.

Here's some more...

MSNBC's Chuck Todd was joined by Peggy Noonan, writer for the Wall Street Journal and former speechwriter for every Republican's candidate for Mount Rushmore, Ronald Reagan; and Mike Murphy, a former advisor to John McCain. In case you haven't noticed, these people aren't liberals. This is what they said about Sarah Palin when they were off camera:

Chuck Todd: Yeah, I mean is she really the most qualified woman they could have turned to?

Peggy Noonan: The most qualified? No! I think they went for this -- excuse me-- political bullshit about narratives --

Chuck Todd: Yeah they went to a narrative.

Mike Murphy: I totally agree.

Peggy Noonan: Every time the Republicans do that, because that's not where they live and it's not what they're good at, they blow it.

MM: You know what's really the worst thing about it? The greatness of McCain is no cynicism, and this is cynical.

I COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT BETTER MYSELF.

You can hear the audio on huffingtonpost.com

Yes, I know it's a liberal site. Did you expect Fox News to run this?

Blogger Ubermilf said...

Are you saying John DOES care who wins? Even after he said time after time after time that he DOESN'T?

I'm shocked. Deeply shocked.

Really, I was just being snarky. I'll only ban (or ask to leave) someone who thinks Dane Cook is funny.

Seriously, if I asked you to leave I'd have to get rid of my own brother! Ha.

I'm guessing Sarah commemorated her wild night imbibing Harvey's Bristol Cream by naming her daughter after that, thinking no one would catch on? I mean, my dog's name is Yuengling after that night of, oh, wait, never mind. Forget that.

Blogger egan said...

I vote for you Todd! The best part in your comments is the dig on Dane Cook. The other stuff is very solid, but I think it's awesome how much you despise him... as you should.
